The main aim of the company is promotingaffordable ownership housing by providing substantialfinance for housing as per the lending norms of NationalHousing Bank with regard to "pricing of credit volume ofcredit and area of Dwelling unit".PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANYThe company is engaged in construction activity and hasdeveloped apprx. 227000 sq.ft. area ofcommercial/residential schemes in and around the mostdeveloped areas of Ahmedabad City i.e. NavrangpuraSatellite worth Rs. 743.75 lacs.
