Citius Transnet Investment Trust is an infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) focused on India’s transport sector. It primarily acquires, manages, and invests in transport infrastructure assets such as roads.
As of the Draft Offer Document date, its portfolio spans 3,406.71 lane-kilometers across nine Indian states, including seven toll road projects (3,043.22 lane-km) and three annuity projects (363.49 lane-km).
The Trust is sponsored by Epic TransNet Infrastructure Private Limited (formerly Watrak Infrastructure Private Limited), which is wholly owned by funds under Infrastructure Yield Trust, including Infrastructure Yield Plus II, Infrastructure Yield Plus IIA, and India Infrastructure Yield Plus II. These funds are managed by EAAA India Alternatives Limited.
As of September 30, 2024, EAAA India Alternatives Limited ranked third among infrastructure investment managers in India based on assets under management and managed 14 infrastructure-focused funds. The firm operates a multi-strategy alternative investment platform serving institutional and high-net-worth investors globally, and is supported by a team of 26 asset management professionals and 76 investment experts as of June 30, 2025.
