Brief history of the CompanyThe Company was incorporated as ‘Newgen Software Technologies Private Limited’ on June 5 1992 as a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956 with a certificate of incorporation granted by the RoC. the Company became a deemed public limited company in terms of Section 43(A) of the Companies Act 1956 with effect from July 1 1997.
