Our Company was incorporated on March 30 2007 with the corporate name 'Brisk Technovision Private Limited' as a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated March 30 2007 issued by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai Maharashtra.
