REC's wholly-owned subsidiary RECPDCL has incorporated three new subsidiaries: Bikaner V Part A, Bikaner V Part B, and Mirzapur Power Transmission. These SPVs have been formed to execute transmission projects and will be transferred to successful bidders post-selection.

REC Ltd - 532955 - Intimation Of Sale And Transfer Of Project Specific Spvs/Subsidiaries.
REC Limited divested its entire shareholding in two project-specific subsidiaries, Barmer HVDC Power Transmission Limited and Sakoli Power Transmission Limited, to Power Grid Corporation of India Limited and Ashoka Buildcon Limited respectively. The total consideration for the sale is approximately Rs. 22.03 crore, completed on September 23, 2026. These subsidiaries contributed negligibly to the company's financials.
