The name of our Company was changed to ?VMS Industries Private Limited? vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated May 22 2007 to reflect the activities to be undertaken by the Company. Subsequently our Company was converted into a public limited company and its name was changed to ?VMS Industries Limited? vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated January 29 2010.
