The Company was incorporated as MEHTA HOUSING FINANCE PRIVATELIMITED on 23.11.1993 and was subsequently converted into publiclimited company by way of passing a special resolution at theExtra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 28thAugust 1994.PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANYThe Company has started building the Housing Finance Portfolioand has deployed an amount of Rs.50 Lacs on the same. TheCompany right from the inception will concentrate inestablishing the Housing loan portfolio in and around Ahmedabadand as such 100% of the total loans to be sanctioned will be tovarious Government and semi Government employees placed inAHMEDABAD. The company has at present concentrating on loans upto Rs.150O00.The Company is engaged in providing long term Housing Financefor purchase or construction of house/flats to individuals.
