Hawa Engineers Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 26th March 1993. It was promoted by Mr. Aslam F. Kagdi and Mr. J.A. Hawa. It was subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company by passing a special resolution in Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on 16th July 1994 and certificate from Registrar of Companies Gujarat at Ahmedabad to that effect was issued on 19th August 1994. The present Unit (Unit No. 1) situated at Dani Limda Ahmedabad started its production in 1993 and the existing capacity in this unit is for manufacturing 20000 units p.a.m
