The Company hassince been converted into a public limited company with achange of name to Gopal Rolling Mills Ltd vide a specialresolution dated 21st March 1995 and a fresh certificateof incorporation obtained on 29th March 1995. Subsequentlythe name of the Company has been further changed to GopalIron and Steels Company (Gujarat) Ltd vide a specialresolution dated 21st March 1995 and a fresh certificateof incorporation dated 5th April 1995 has been obtained.The Company proposes to set up facilities for manufacturingvarious Rerolling items like M.S. Beams Channels Rounds& Angles with an installed capacity of 30000 MTPA. The Company has already started some trading activities inthese products. However the Company shall discontinue itstrading activities once it starts manufacturing thesame.
