Bagadia Colourchem Limited was incorporated under the Act as a Private Limited Company on 27th April 1985 in the name Bagadia Engineering Private Limited. Subsequently the name of the Company was changed to Bagadia Colourchem Private Limited w.e.f. 27th December 1991 and was convened into a Public Limited Company on 29th March 1993. Certificate of change of name under the Act was obtained on 30th August 1994.The Company was promoted by Mr. N. R.Bagadia. Mr. Sushi Bagadia and Mr. Sandeep Bagadia. The Company began commercial activities in 1990 and the main objects were changed by adding new clauses IA to enable the Company to manufacture Copper Phthalocyanine Blue (CPC Blue) a pigment having wide applications.For setting up the said manufacturing facilities of CPC Blue with an installed capacity of 360 tonnes per annum at MIDC Mahad Dist. Raigad Maharashtra the Company had availed a Term Loan of Rs. 72/- lacs from State Industrial and Investment Corporation of Maharashtra (SICOM). The Company commenced the commercial production on 1st February 1992.MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANYThe main objects of the Company as set out in the Memorandum of Association are as under :-1. To manufacture buy sell trade import export market lease repair do job work of finished and semi finished engineering products equipments instruments pans components of ferrous and non-ferrous metals aluminum and plastic extrusion articles and to carry on engineering activity in the form of fabricators welders founders consulting engineering lathe workers designers.1A. To manufacture produce refine process formulate buy sell export import or otherwise deal in all types of heavy and light chemicals chemical elements and compounds dyes and dyes intermediates and pigments.
