CARE Ratings executed share purchase agreements with SBI and NSEIX to sell a 9.90% equity stake each in its subsidiary CareEdge Global IFSC Limited. The transaction is expected to be completed within two months, subject to subsidiary board approval. Upon completion, CARE Ratings will retain an 80.20% majority stake in the entity.
