ACC will hold a shareholders' meeting on September 29, 2026, as directed by NCLT, to approve the scheme of amalgamation with Ambuja Cements. The proposed share exchange ratio is 328 equity shares of Ambuja (Rs. 2 FV) for every 100 equity shares of ACC (Rs. 10 FV). E-voting will be available from September 24 to September 28, 2026.
