Anil Pesticides Limited is a new company incorporated on31-12-93 and certificate of commencement of Businessobtained on 1-2-94 promoted by Sh. Anil Nibber Atul Nibber& Ajay Kumar Singla. Anil Pesticides Limited has takeneffective steps for putting up a project for manufacturingpesticides namely Monocrotophos (MCP) and Dichlorvos (DDVP)with equity participation of Haryana State IndustrialDevelopment Corp. Ltd. which is an undertaking of Govt. ofHaryana.The financial collaboration agreement with H.S.I.D.C. hasalready been finalised to the extent of 76.50 lacs.The proposed project envisages the manufacture of 300 M.T.of Monocrotophos (Technical Grade) and 200 M.T. of DDVP(Technical grade ) Out of this 50% technical grade materialwill be utilised for formulation by the company itself.The promoters are first generation entrepreneurs who haveexperience in pesticides & chemical plants.The company has not faced any adverse situationi.e.litigation and defaults etc. & there has been noclosure since the incorporation of the company.MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANYThe main objects of the Company as set-out in theMemorandum of Association are as follows:1. To carry on the business as manufacturers processorsimporters exporters buyers sellers and- dealers of allkinds of chemicals pesticides insecticides wedicidesfungicides fertilizers medicines pharmaceuticalsantibiotics and basic drugs or chemicals and compoundsformulations of all kinds and descriptions.2. To carry on the business of dealers merchantsstockiest importers exporters designers consultants ofplants and machinery spare parts technical know howrequired for the chemical pharmaceuticals fertilizerindustry.3. To buy set up establish install fake on lease or hireany plant factory mill to manufacture all kinds ofpesticides insecticides weedicides drugs chemicals.
