The Company was originally incorporated as "Mohini Fibers Private Limited" at Indore Madhya Pradesh as a Private Limited Company under the provisions of Companies Act 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated June 24 2009 bearing Corporate Identification Number U17300MP2009PTC022058 issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh.
