M. K. EXIM (INDIA) Share price

The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act 1956 on 31.12.1992 under the name of "M.K. Exim (India) Private Limited". Subsequently the Company was converted on 15.02.1995 as a Public Limited Company.The Company has purchased a piece of land from Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation Limited at Sitapura Industrial Area Sanganer Jaipur. The Company has installed 12 looms with the financial assistance from Rajasthan State Industrial Development & Investment Corporation Ltd. has availed and disbursement of a sum of Rs.58.10 lacs as term loan assistance.The Company had started the commercial production in the month of April 1994 and has made a turn over of Rs.143.51 lacs in the year 1994-95 and of Rs.181.50 lacs from 1st April 1995 to 15th October 1995. The entire sales have been made through exports to Middle East Countries. The Company had exported one container of Synthetic Fabric during the implementation of the existing project and at that time the Company was not registered as 100% E0U. In this consignment the Company had exported 20318.65 metres of Synthetic Fabric amounting to Rs. 9.70 lacs. Since then the Company has not done any kind of trading activity.There has been no labour problems/closures/delays etc. in the past.
