TheCompany was promoted by Late Sri G.S. Chowdhury who was arenowned engineer and scientist with many years ofcommendable public service including that as a FounderDirector of Regional Research Laboratory of Bhubaneshwar.The Company was converted into a Public Limited company on13th October 1994. Since January 1974 Mr SreedharChowdhury the present Managing Director son of Late Sri G.S.Chowdhury has been in-charge of the Company.
