With effect from August 1 2003 the registered office of the Company was changed to the Akruti Trade Centre Road No. 7 Marol MIDC Andheri (East) Mumbai - 400093 Maharashtra which is the present registered office of the Company.The Akruti group founded by Mr. Hemant M.
