It wasconverted into Public Limited Company from RamchandraLeasing and Finance Private Limited to Ramchandra Leasingand Finance Limited with effect from 3rd January 1996.The Company has obtained a fresh certificate of conversionconsequent upon conversion from the Registrar of CompaniesGujarat at Ahmedabad on 3rd January 1996). The Company waspromoted by Shri Rameshchandra M. Patel and ShriYogeshkumar N. Joshi for the purpose of carry on thebusiness of Leasing and hire purchase bill discountingInvestments Intercorporate Deposits as fully describedelsewhere in this prospectus.The Issuer Company or any of its group/associate companiespromoters group/directors have not undertaken thebroking/sub-broking activities.PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANY:The Company is presently engaged in the business of Leasing& Hire Purchase investments and trading in securities inprimary and secondary market. Up to the date of 13.02.1996the Company has already deployed Rs. 4.73 Lacs for LeasingRs. 19.06 lacs in Hire Purchase Rs. 22.02 Lacs as BillDiscounting it has made investments in shares andsecurities to the amount of Rs. 53.03 Lacs. This entireamount has been brought in by the Promoters as theircontribution towards equity share capital and shareapplication money.
