M/s. Santaram Spinners Limited was originally incorporatedas a Private Limited Company on 17th September 1983 andwas subsequently converted into a Public Ltd. Company on20th December ''94 . The Company is promoted by Mr. KalyanJ.Shah. It is an existing profit making and dividendpaying company and is presently engaged in the manufactureof coarse Cotton Yarn on open end spinning process ofvarious counts with an installed capacity of 10.80 lac kgper annum. The commercial production of the unit startedon 5.1.1988. The plant is located at Survey No. 1433Vill. Rajpur Taluka Kadi Distt. Mehsana Gujarat. Theunit had been sanctioned various loans by GSFCthe detailsof which are as under:1. In January 1985 for Rs. 30.00 lacs2. In March 1990 for Rs. 29.54 lacs3. In April 1991 for Rs. 34.01 lacs.The Unit has been recently sanctioned a term loan of Rs.228 lacs jointly by GSFC and GIIC. Term loan sanction fromGSFC is under their Gold Card line of Credit.There was no commercial activity in the company since itsincorporation. The Company started commercial productionfrom 5.1.1988.
