The Company was incorporated on August 21 2006 at Ahmedabad as Gujarat Tele Link Private Limited as a privatelimited company under the Companies Act 1956. Pursuant to a resolution of the Board of Directors dated April 12 2013 and a resolution of the shareholders dated April 12 2013 the name of the Company was changed to GTPL Hathway Private Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was granted by the RoC on May 6 2013. the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to approval of the board at a board meeting held on August 23 2016 and shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on August 26 2016.
