Our Company was incorporated as “Spunweb Nonwoven Private Limited” as a private limited company in Rajkot Gujarat under the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated August 06 2015 issued by the Registrar of Companies Gujarat. Subsequently our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by our Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on July 06 2024 and the name of our Company was changed to “Spunweb Nonwoven Limited”. A fresh certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion from a Private Limited company to Public Limited company dated September 06 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies Central Processing Centre.
