The Company was incorporated as a Partnership firm by ShriBanwari lal Sutodiya Shri Bimal Kumar Sutodiya Smt Yashodadevi Sutodiya Smt Shanti devi Sutodiya Smt Sushila deviSutodiya and Smt Sharda devi Sutodiya under the name andstyle of Sutodiya & Co. on 02.12.1965 under Partnership Act1932 which was converted into Sutodiya & Company PrivateLtd. and Certificate of Incorporation was obtained on 15thOctober 1984. The Name of the Company was changed toGreenline Tea & Exports Private Limited and the registrarissued the fresh certificate of incorporation consequent onchange of name on 25.10.94. Subsequently the comapny wasconverted into Public Limited Company and the registrarissued the fresh certificate of incorporation 27th Oct. 1994.PRESENT BUSINESSSince inception the Company is engaged in the business ofplantation and manufacturing of tea. The company has IringmaraTea Estate in Cochar District Assam which has total grant areaof 952.00 hectares out of which 400.00 hectares have beenused for tea plantation.The installed capacity of Tea factory atirigmara Tea estate is 4.5lac kgs. of made tea per annum.The balance portion of the grant area being 552.00 hectaresout of which Company proposes to extend 400 hectares for teaplantation activity and balance will be used for other purposes such as Factory Shed Godowns labour lines and staff quartersroads drains and culverts.
