The company was incorporated in April 1991 as a PrivateLimited Company and was converted to Public Ltd. by aResolution passed on 28th December 1994. GIIC hadsanctioned financial assistance of Rs.67.00 lacs in April1992 to the company to set up a plant of PhthalocyaninePigment Green-7 with an installed capacity of 110 MTPA. Thecompany has started its commercial production in August1994. The product finds application in textiles plasticsprinting inks rubber and leather industry. An additionalcapacity of 370 MTPA is envisaged in the project makingthe total capacity of 480 MTPA. The project is promoted byShri Harshad K. Patel Harish K. Bhatt and Vasant B.Mazumdar. At present the promoters are holding 100% of theequity share capital of the company and after the publicissue the promoters together with the friends relativesand associates will hold 56.48% of the expanded sharecapital.
