The Company was incorporated on March 8 2006 as Future Logistic Solutions Limited a public limited company under the Companies Act 1956 with the RoC. The Company was granted a certificate of commencement of business dated March 31 2006. Subsequently the name of the Company was changed to Future Supply Chain SolutionsLimited pursuant to a special resolution of the Shareholders dated July 21 2009. The name of the Company was changed to convey the range of business solutions offered by the Company.
