Kale Consultants (KC) was a partnership firm registered in February 1980 under the Partnership Act 1932 having its office at Pune. It had business of consultancy in the field of finance taxation legal marketing computer software and agriculture etc. KC had products in computer software useful for : (a) Healthcare (b) Hotel (c) Banking (d) Education (e) Doctors and (f) Pharmaceutical Stocks.Kale Consultants Private Limited (KCPL) was incorporated on September 25th 1986 under the Companies Act 1956. Two of the promoters of Kale Consultants Private Limited (KCPL) namely Mr. V.P.Jain and Mr. N.H. Kale approached KC for takeover of Computer Software related business of KC. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed on 20-09-1986 between partners of KC and the promoters of KCPL. Thereafter a Transfer Deed was executed on 30-01-1987 and the business was transferred to KCPL.Kale Consultants Private Limited became a deemed Public Limited Company on October 29th 1997 and was renamed as "Kale Consultants Limited".Promoted by technocrat entrepreneurs Mr. Narendra Kale and Mr.Vipul Jain in 1986 Kale Consultants Limited is now an ISO 9001 certified Company providing a range of application software products and related software services. The Company specialises in solutions for service industries particularly Banking Airlines and Healthcare industries.Flagged off with only 8 employees today the Company has gained 800 man years of experience in software development and has an employee strength of more than 360. The Company has its offices/subsidiaries spread across 7 locations in India and 3 locations abroad.For the first seven years the Company concentrated on the domestic market developing solutions for selected vertical markets. Focusing on the needs of Banking Airline and Healthcare industries Kale pioneered software products which are among the better known in each of these markets.
