Further the registered office of the company was shifted from NCT of Delhi to Haryana and fresh certificate of incorporation was obtained from ROC Delhi and Haryana vide CIN: U51909HR2019PTC115525. Subsequently our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by our Shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on August 07 2024 and consequently the name of our Company was changed to “Exim Routes Private Limited” to “Exim Routes Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated October 24 2024 was issued by theCentral Processing Centre.
