The Company is part of the Eastern group ofCompanies.2. MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANYThe main objects of the company as set out in theMemorandum of Association are as under:To carry on all or any of the business of manufacturers anddealers of all types of precured tread rubber andconventional tread rubber. Included in the objectsincidental or ancillary to the attainment of the mainobjects are:To produce prepare manufacture purchase sell importexport and generally to deal in all types of raw materialsplant machinery implements tools utensils and otherarticles required for the manufacture of precured andconventional tread rubber.3. PRESENT BUSINESSThe company has commenced commercial production of thePrecured Tread Rubber Cushion Gum and Bonding solution on01/03/95 and achieved a sales of Rs 10.15 lakhs during themonth of March 95.
