Softpro Systems Limited was incorporated on November 20 1991 under the Companies Act 1956 as Softpro Systems Private Limited and subsequently changed into a public limited Company on December 20th 1999 and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to the change of name was issued on December 31st 1999 by the Registrar of Companies Andhra Pradesh.Operational Record of the CompanySoftpro Systems was a dormant Company till 1994. In the year 1994 - 95 the Company set itself as an offshore development facility for the US associates M/s. Capricorn Systems Inc. Softpro Systems has established itself as a reputed organisation providing quality solutions in the form of projects as well as consultants to work on the overseas projects. It has established the systems and procedures to help in delivering the high quality solutions and services to the customers. During September 99 the organization went through a restructuringprocess necessitating the re orientation of its focus and business plans for the new millennium. This business plan is being prepared keeping in view the vision and ambition of the people behind the organization to make it into world class organization in the new millennium.ISO 9001 certificationSoftpro Systems Ltd. has achieved ISO9001 Certification [Q9001(ISO9001 : 1994) Standard] vide Certificate No. 1229 dated January 8th 1998. The certificate of registration is issued by KPMG Quality Registrar (A business unit of KPMG Peat Marwick LLP) for its quality system described under the American national standard institutes-American society for quality standards. The quality system is applicable to design development and maintenance of business application and software including client server web centric and object oriented application.
