CIL Securities Ltd was incorporated in the state of AndhraPradesh as a Private Limited Company under the name andstyle of Chunilal Investments Private Limited on 29th June1989. Subsequently the Company was converted into PublicLimited Company by passing a Special Resolution on 16thNovember 1993 and obtained fresh Certificate ofIncorporation on 28th January 1994. The name of theCompany was changed to CIL Securities Ltd. on 28th October1994.The Company is presently a SEBI registered Category IIMerchant Banker Member of the National Stock Exchange(NSE) in the Capital Market Segment and also a Category ISEBI registered Registrar and Share Transfer Agents.MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANYThe main objects of the Company as set out in itsMemorandum are given below :1. The present turnover of the Company fromStock broking is around Rs. 200 lacs per month.2) Project Finance - The company commenced its operationswith syndication of working capital finance term loanbridge loan and financial consultancy.3) NSE Operations - Recently the Company has been admittedas a trading member of the National Stock Exchange CapitalMarket Segment. The company started trading activitiesfrom the 3rd November 1994.SUBSIDIARYThe Company does not have any subsidiary companies.
