Consequent upon the conversion of the Company to public limited company the name of the Company was changed to “Akg Exim Limited" vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated 17th January 2018 issued by the Registrar of Companies Delhi.MAJOR EVENTS AND MILESTONES2005- Incorporation of the Company in the name and style of “Akg Exim Private Limited”.2014- the Company become holding company of M/s. Apple Overseas PTE Ltd.2016- the Company sold investment in M/s. Apple Overseas PTE Ltd.2018- Conversion of Company into Public Limited Company.
