It was subsequently converted to Public Limited Co. by resolution dated 2/9/94 and obtained fresh certificate of incorporation from Registrar of Companies Rajasthan Jaipur on 16/9/1994.Since its incorporation company is associated with marketing of Public Issue as sub-broker of Prem Somani & Associates. The company is also undertaking sub-underwriting of Public Issue & investment banking.At present the company is engaged in marketing of Public Issue.
