GOLDLINE INTERNATIONAL FINVEST LIMITED was originallyincorporated in the name & style of GOOD-ENOUGH SECURITIESLIMITED on 09th Sept 1992 having its Registered Officein National Capital Territory of Delhi and obtainedcertificate of commencement of business on 27th November1992. Shri Anupam Chhabra and Shri Puneet Chhabra are thepromoter Directors of the Company.The Company Law Board vide its order dated 9th August 1995while confirming the alteration in the main objects of theCompany directed the Company to take steps to change thename suitably. Keeping in consideration the directives ofthe Company Law Board the company applied for change inthe name of the Company to Registrar of Companies N.C.T.of Delhi & Haryana. The ROC vide its letter No.21/55-50250/1719 dated 10.11.1995 changed the name of theCompany to "GOLDLINE INTERNATIONAL FINVEST LIMITED" and afresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon changeof name was obtained on 10th November 1995.The Company was formed to undertake finance investment andleasing activities. The Company undertook the business ofinvestment in shares as well as providing consultancyservices to the clients but on a very moderate scale.The Company has already invested Rs.11.04 lacs in Stockmarket as on 30.09.95.Now with the expansion of the capital base the Companyexpects to undertake the activities of investmentsleasing Bills Discounting and Project Consultancy moreactively.PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANYNo major business activity could be undertaken in theinitial years due to lack of funds and absence ofprofessional management. This is evident from the Auditor''sReport for past financial years as mentioned elsewhere inthe prospectus. However the proposed business activitiesof the Company consist of providing a range of financialservices which include dealing in securities/shares. vizbuying and selling of securities & shares GovernmentSecurities Bonds and Units investment in stock marketsloan syndications project consultancy intermediation forintercorporate deposits and bills discounting.
