The Companywas converted into Public Limited Company on 4th Feb. 1994in terms of the Special Resolution passed on 28.12.93 andobtained a fresh Certificate of Incorporation fromRegistrar of Companies Maharashtra at Bombay.The Company is presently engaged in setting up ofmanufacturing facility of Green House and DrizzleIrrigation System with technical collaboration with AshladLimited of Israel and D.R.I.R Inc. of California U.S.A.respectively.
