Manika Plastech IPO Strengths & Weaknesses
Manufacturing facilities and warehouses located close to key customers, enabling efficient sourcing, flexible production planning and responsive customer service.
Long-standing customer relationships, stringent vendor approval processes and high switching costs create barriers for new entrants and support customer retention.
In-house design and development capabilities enable the Company to offer customised, end-to-end solutions covering product design, mould development, manufacturing, quality testing, labelling, packing and delivery.
A diversified presence across industries, customers, suppliers, locations and product categories.
Over two decades of operations have enabled the Company to develop an established customer and supply network.
The Company’s facilities are strategically located near key customers, exposing operations to fluctuations in customer demand and industry trends.
Battery casings contributed approximately 54%-68% of revenue from operations during the three-month period ended June 30, 2026 and the preceding three fiscals, creating product concentration risk.
The Company’s subsidiary, Manika Automotive Private Limited, has incurred losses and negative cash flows in the past, which may adversely impact consolidated financial performance.
The Company does not own certain premises used in its operations. Termination or disruption of lease or licence arrangements could affect business operations.
